Things sometimes go wrong. It’s life. It happens.

But, it’s still really annoying when it happens. That’s why Go People has introduced a generous full refund policy for our On-Demand delivery service.

If your parcel is over 60 minutes late, we will give you a full refund. Yep – all your money back!

If your parcel is between 30 and 60 minutes late, we’ll refund at least $5.50.

And if your parcel is between 10 and 30 minutes late, we’ll just say sorry.

However, as much as we’d love to give you your money back, you have to first request to have a full refund.

No other delivery service offers a full refund like we do. That’s why when you use Go People, you can be sure we’ll treat you like you’re human, and not a walking dollar sign.

To find out what your Runner is doing, when your delivery is picked up, you’ll be sent a tracking code.

Hop on over to our tracking page, type in your code and voilà, you’ll be able to see every step your Runner takes.
