✅ High Delivery Standards
To maintain trust and professional service levels, Runners must:
- Handle goods safely and appropriately, strictly following Sender instructions.
- Be equipped with any necessary tools (e.g., trolleys, insulated bags) before accepting or commencing a job.
- Prevent damage during transit, including protection from bad weather.
- Drive safely and responsibly, including wearing suitable footwear and ensuring the vehicle is roadworthy.
- Keep goods clean and uncontaminated—Runners’ vehicles should be clean and smoke-free. Runners must wear neat, professional clothing.
- Avoid all forms of misconduct, including aggressive or disrespectful behavior towards Senders, Recipients, or GoPeople staff.
📞 High Communication Standards
Clear and professional communication is essential. Runners are expected to:
- Closely follow all Sender instructions, especially regarding pickup and delivery locations and times.
- Stay in contact during delivery, keeping Senders informed about status and issues.
- Remain reachable via the contact number registered in the app throughout the delivery.
- Be polite and respectful in all interactions—with Senders, Recipients, GoPeople staff, and the general public.
- Notify the Sender if goods will be left unattended, and always provide a clear photo proof of delivery (POD).
- Inform the Sender of any delivery returns promptly.
- Keep GPS turned on at all times during delivery so Senders can track the order in real time.
🚫 Prohibited Conduct
To protect all users of the GoPeople platform, the following actions are strictly prohibited:
🕵️♂️ Misuse of Recipient Contact Information
- Runners must only contact Recipients when strictly necessary for delivery completion.
- Under no circumstances should Runners attempt to obtain or use personal contact details such as mobile numbers, Facebook, Instagram handles, or any other social media identifiers for non-delivery purposes.
- Never request private information from Recipients or Senders beyond what is necessary for the job.
😡 Unacceptable Behaviour
- No aggressive, rude, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour will be tolerated.
- Sexual harassment, intimidation, or physical contact of any kind is strictly prohibited.
- Any report of misconduct will result in immediate investigation and may lead to permanent suspension.
