Runner Shift rates for Mother’s Day period year 2021

Shift Cancellation Policies
Once a Runner is assigned to a Friday 7th to Sunday 9th May Mother’s Day shift, and Runner decides to cancel, unfortunately there will be cancellation penalties. If cancel:
- After Wednesday 4th May (including 4th): 30% of the shift base fee apply as cancellation penalty
- Within 48 hours: 60% of the shift base fee apply as cancellation penalty
- Within 24 hours: 100% of the shift base fee apply as cancellation penalty
Waiting
If items are not ready to be picked up after the shift start time, customer can ask Runner to wait. The maximum waiting time is 2 hours. If items are still not ready 2 hours after the shift start time, Runner has the right to either cancel the shift with 100% shift payment or to continue to wait. Runner also has the right to reject some orders if EWT plus waiting time is longer than the original scheduled working time.
