Go People, unlike other courier services, offer two order cut-off times to customers when they book a GoSAMEDAY service. These cut off times are 10am and 2pm, and 95% of deliveries are delivered within 4 hours of a cut-off time. And for those orders that aren’t delivered within the next four hours, we assure customers that their delivery will be delivered on the same day.
While the delivery is in progress, Go People will offer customers and their recipients access to a live tracking map (updated every 15 minutes) showing them where their driver is.
On top of that, all GoSAMEDAY services within Sydney are charged a flat rate of $9.95, for deliveries less than 10 km away, and $13.95 (for deliveries between 10-20km away).
We’re happy to deliver almost anything, from flowers and groceries to letters, cartons and furniture. Just keep in mind that the item(s) to be delivered can not exceed 2kg.
