I was invited to a friend’s party over the Easter long weekend. They put on a great seafood lunch but, I’m a bit sheepish to admit, the muffins we had after the mains really caught my eye – or should I say, caught my tastebuds.

These muffins were glorious. Small, as all good muffins should be, they were of the blueberry variety. You can’t go wrong with blueberry. On top of that, the topping was almost transcendentally delicious – it was streusel, which is a crumble of flour, butter, sugar and cinnamon.

They were magical, these muffins. A wizard must have made them.

“I made them,” answered the host.

I couldn’t believe it – why would someone be giving me these muffins for free? They were and edible gold!

We all know someone, who’s home cooking or family recipe is up there with the best food we’ve ever had in our life. For most of us, that’s our nan.

With that the advent of digital technology, all those domestic cooking wizards we know – nans included – can now easily start to make a bit of extra coin off their cooking creations.

So, you’ve got your goods – the blueberry muffins, in my host’s case.

You need to set up an e-commerce program. This program will just deal with the actual purchase side of things. Services you can use for this include Shopify. Shopify has all sorts of templates, which means you can customise them to your store

Once that’s all up and running, Go People suggests that you need to sort out a delivery system. That’s so, when someone orders a box of blueberry muffins from you, getting your goods to your customer can be instantly sorted out with a few clicks.

That’s where we come in! We have a Shopify plug-in, which means you can easily set up for all your orders to be fed into our delivery system. You don’t have to do anything (except, think about packaging), just set it up once, and sit back and relax while our systems and computers do all the work.

We offer On-Demand, Standard Same Day, and Next Day services. We also have our Dedicated Runner service, the courier service of the future.

This a pretty rudimentary description of how to set up and online store, but it really is that simple. You don’t have find rent, or workers. All you need is you and your computer.

Setting up an online store really is as easy as counting to 3. Now, where can I buy some of those blueberry muffins…
